A Purple Martin House, Then Another Series.

A Couple of Special Projects to Boot : )

White cedar birdhouse w western cedar trim

I was given a lot of white cedar cut offs (from a contractor's fence project) and so the quality of the birdhouses that were produced shortly thereafter could not be argued.

Most birdhouse models were small and easily painted, but I did produce a few purple martin houses as well.

Photos from Along the Way:

Lots of airflow, and the backs come off easily.

Little wren or chickadee houses with a touch of class : )

Red cedar models on a plywood base. More trim added later!

Log cabins are lined up to get a roof

The Tonka Airplane was later featured in a special project (upcoming)

The chrome birdcage stand gave me ideas re displaying
a nice birdhouse... and Tonka Airplane

More to follow from The Workshop.
